Canadian Provincial Immigration Sees Turbulent Shifts in 2025
6th, Nov 2023
On November 3, 2023, the Provincial Government of Nova Scotia invited candidates to participate in the Healthcare Professionals Immigration Pilot (HPIP).
Candidates who want to continue this process should contact the Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness. Only those who receive a valid job offer from the Nova Scotia Health Authority may immigrate to Nova Scotia as a healthcare professional through the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) or the Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) Skilled Worker Stream.
Applicants who participate in the Healthcare Professionals Immigration Pilot and receive a nomination under the Skilled Worker stream or an endorsement under the Atlantic Immigration Program are not granted 600 points under the Express Entry system.
The Healthcare Professionals Immigration Pilot exclusively employs non-Express Entry immigration pathways.
