This pilot program is for the Agricultural sector to meet the needs of Canadian markets and this pathway provides a pathway to permanent residence, but is limited to specific industries and occupations.
Qualifying for this program falls under the North American Industry Classification System has is own coding system for eligible occupations

Meat product manufacturing
Greenhouse, nursery and floriculture which also includes mushrooms (1114
Animal Production which excludes aquaculture.

Meat product manufacturing to include retail butchers, industrial butchers, farm supervisors and livestock specialists and food processing labours.
Greenhouse, nursery and floriculture production which includes mushrooms includes Farm supervisors and specialized livestock workers, general farm labourers and harvesting labourers.
Animal production includes Farm supervisors and specialized livestock workers and general workers.

To apply for the program, you must have the work experience needed which includes 1-year non-seasonal work that has been completed within the last three years or under 1 of the eligible occupations on the list or have been under a LMIA that has a 12-month duration and has been submitted by your employer.
If you have held an open work permit in the past, this experience may help with your eligibility but if you currently are on one this will not count.
To apply you must have a genuine job offer which must be in one of the eligible occupations and the job must be full time and non-seasonal and must be permanent along with these it must also be above the median wage for the occupation in the Province of employment and be outside of the province of Quebec.
Of course, you must meet the language requirement which is currently a CLB 4 in all areas, have the educational credentials to back your application up and have the settlement funds to settle into the province
