To get one of these, you must contact one of the organizations and make a pitch to them on your business idea and try to convince them you will have a successful business, and then get a letter of support for your application.
Along with the application, you must also meet the language requirements in either French or English, which is a minimum of a CLB 5.
You also must have the funds that can prove you are able to support yourself while you are in Canada.
