British Columbia held a new draw
On August 3, 2021, British Columbia conducted two draws in the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP). In the general draw, the province issued 361 invitations.
• Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker 91
• Skills Immigration - International Graduate 79 (-3 points)
• Skills Immigration - Entry Level and Semi-Skilled 74 (-1 point)
• Express Entry British Columbia - Skilled Worker 89 (-1 point)
• Express Entry British Columbia - International Graduate 77 (-4 points)
The second round of the day targeted only candidates in NOC 0621 - Retail and Wholesale Trade Managers and NOC 0631 - Restaurant and Food Service Managers.
BCPNP invited 13 such candidates. Both NOCs have a high number of registrants within the BC PNP Skills Immigration Registration System.
The lowest score of those candidates was 107 points, the same as it was in the previous draw for these NOCs. In total, British Columbia issued 7,041 ITAs under the BCPNP in 2021.

Canada invited 512 provincial nominee candidates in the Express Entry draw #199
On August 4, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new Express Entry draw.
Draw #199 targeted candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program. IRCC invited 512 provincial candidates, and the cut-off score in this round was 760 points, 26 points more compared to the previous PNP-specific draw that occurred on July 21.
The tie-breaking rule for this round was March 5, 2021, at 22:38:31 UTC. As of August 3, 2021, there are 169,505 profiles registered in the pool, 2,261 more compared to the previous update.
In total, Canada issued 99,316 ITAs to foreign nationals through Express Entry in 2021.

Manitoba issued 375 invitations in draw #123
On July 29, 2021, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In round #123, MPNP issued 285 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream.
The minimum score to get the LAA in this category was 400 points, 45 points lower compared to the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 47 LAAs.
The lowest score in the SWO category was 708 points, 151 points more than in the previous round. In addition, Manitoba invited 43 candidates in the International Education Category.
In total, Manitoba issued LAAs to 375 candidates, including 42 Express Entry candidates. MPNP has invited 6,514 candidates in 2021 and 3,270 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

Manitoba conducted MPNP draw #122
On July 28, 2021, Manitoba released the results of the draw in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), which occurred on July 27. In this draw, the province invited only candidates in the Skilled Workers Overseas stream.
In total MPNP issued 1140 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA).
The lowest score in this draw was 557 points, 146 points fewer compared to the previous draw.
All invited candidates who have been invited in draw #122 were Express Entry candidates. In 2021, Manitoba issued LAAs to 6,139 candidates, including 3,228 Express Entry candidates.
