You must also provide medical insurance from a Canadian insurance company and is to include a minimum of $100,000 coverage, be valid for 1 year and have proof that the payment has been made for the insurance.
You must apply for the super visa outside of Canada and the parent or grandparent must be allowed to enter Canada and not be inadmissible, they must also take a medical exam from immigration and any other conditions that is required by immigration.
The financial support must be proven to immigration showing that you have the financial ability to provide while they are visiting. You will have to prove this by providing the following.
A notice of assessment or T4/T1 for the most recent tax year but they may request up to 3 years. You show Employment insurance stubs if you are a seasonal worker to prove your employment status, you can also be asked to show paystubs, a letter of employment from your employer and bank statements.
Immigration Canada does also look at other factors like the ties to your country, the purpose of your visit, your family finances and the overall economic and political stability of their home country.
